You know the stylist the ones who come to eat, but not to serve 🤦🏾‍♀️ If you have been a salon owner for any amount of time you’ve come across this stylist in various forms... They came with an agenda and nothing else to contribute to the table, but their appetite.

You helped them build their CONFIDENCE, their career, and their CASH FLOW, but at some point things change... To the stylist...  If you want to leave, LEAVE, but leave with integrity... To the salon owners, no they are not indebted to you, but they do owe you and themselves the dignity of being upright.

Don’t allow yourself as the salon owner to be stunted as a business professional by those who move outside of integrity... You know the saying one monkey don’t stop no show, especially when their moves can’t be respected or honored. STAY TRUE, STAY HUMBLE, AND CONTINUE TO SERVE with WISDOM... If they don’t know how to serve, it won’t serve them.
